A series of 10 sessions is suggested as a good introduction to an improved posture. However, no need to sign up for a series without trying it first! The first session is an introductory one with no commitment. Try it and see if it is for you before signing up for a series of sessions, and then take it from there. The Alexander Technique is a method that can be taken as far as you want to take it. A series of 10 lessons to sort out a particular problem, or a longer commitment to learn all it has to offer to help you find poise and control in your life.

Group workshops also available as either a basic introduction to the Alexander Technique or to look at a particular issue or issues over a series of workshops.

Combination workshops, ‘The Alexander Technique with the MBTI’, new in 2010!
and ‘The Alexander Technique with Pose running’

Erica can also come into the workplace and work with people who experience back pain at work. A series of workshops and one-to-one coaching in-situ can help people be more aware of their posture at work and thereby reduce the likelihood of staff being off sick with back pain.
