One-to-one lessons in Kendal, Cumbria or at Jigsaw, Mawdesley, Lancashire – £40 (one hour). A series of lessons is recommended to really make a difference to your running. Commitment to 6 lessons attracts a discount of 6 lessons for the price of 5.

One-to-two lessons – ie 2 people for 1 hour – £25 per person

Group sessions – £100 for a half day workshop (up to 4 people in Kendal, Cumbria)
